Fraserview Housing co-op was completed in 2018 through a partnership with the Community Land Trust and the City of Vancouver. Community Land Trusts acquire land in various ways and hold them in trust for the community to provide affordable housing, in this case for moderate-income families.
We are situated in southeastern Vancouver known as The River District. We have 90 pet-friendly homes, with 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts in a beautiful location along the Fraser River.
WHY CHOOSEOur Co-Op
As a resident of this housing co-operative, you are a participant in a unique and larger movement. This present day co-op allows members to have a say in how their co-op community is run by setting rules and policies and assisting in the budgeting process through an elected board of directors.
